A For Creators (Influencers)

All barter or promotional products will be shipped first to the Daily Lens Agency headquarters. The agency will then securely forward the product to the Creator's designated address.
Upon receiving the barter product, the Creator is legally obligated to produce and publish the agreed-upon content within the specified deadline.
In barter campaigns, the product serves as the compensation. If a Creator fails to deliver the content after receiving the product, they must return the product to the agency immediately or reimburse its full retail value.
Creators must submit all draft content (videos, reels, images, captions) to Daily Lens Agency for review and approval before publishing it live.
During the campaign and for 30 days post-campaign, the Creator shall not promote direct competitors of the brand. The Creator agrees not to post any negative or defamatory remarks about the brand or the agency.
Video Rights: All content created, including videos, reels, and images, grants the brand permission to use the material for their promotional purposes across their marketing channels.

B For Brands

The Brand agrees to ship all barter or promotional products directly to the official address provided by Daily Lens Agency. The Brand is responsible for all initial shipping costs.
Expected content delivery timelines will begin only after Daily Lens Agency confirms the safe receipt and secondary dispatch of the products to the creators.
For paid promotions, the Brand must clear a 50% advance payment prior to campaign launch, with the remaining 50% paid immediately upon content approval before it goes live.
The Brand is entitled to a maximum of two (2) rounds of minor revisions on the submitted draft content, provided the request aligns with the original campaign brief.

The shipping address provided by the creator is exclusively used by Daily Lens Agency to forward the campaign products received from brands.

We reserve the right to showcase the creator's public social media handles, follower counts, and engagement metrics in agency talent rosters and pitches to prospective brands.
